By using Fragrance Lab Academy, you agree to these Terms and confirm you can form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in any course.

1) Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.

  • Provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.
  • Do not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

2) Enrollment & Access

Enrollment grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own educational use.

  • Unauthorized sharing, re-hosting, or distribution of course content is prohibited.
  • Access durations, modules, and features may vary by offering and can be updated to improve quality or compliance.
  • We may restrict access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct in any community area.
  • No scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or automated access without written permission.
  • No reverse engineering, circumvention, or attempts to defeat security features.
  • No uploading malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes intellectual property.

4) Fees, Taxes & Billing

Prices, taxes, and payment timing are displayed at checkout. You authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge the payment method you submit for your purchase.

  • Taxes may be added depending on your location and applicable law.
  • Promotional pricing may be time-limited and subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access pending resolution.

5) Refunds

Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed. We may require proof of purchase and a brief reason to help improve the course.

  • Requests must be submitted from the email address used at purchase (or another verified method).
  • Refund eligibility may differ for bundles, subscriptions, corporate purchases, or limited-time events if disclosed at checkout.
  • After a refund is issued, access to the refunded course may be revoked.

6) Intellectual Property

All course materials, trademarks, brand assets, and platform content are owned by Fragrance Lab Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
  • Limited downloads, if provided, are for your personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7) Disclaimers

Courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not make guarantees about business results, profitability, customer demand, or outcomes from applying information in the courses.

  • Information may not be appropriate for every situation; use professional judgment.
  • When working with fragrance materials, always follow safety guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fragrance Lab Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

In no event will our total liability for any claim exceed the amount you paid to us for the course or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the platform at any time.

  • Upon termination, your right to access the platform and course materials may end immediately.
  • Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when the latest version went into effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
